Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2, 2026

1. Scope and provider

These Terms of Service govern the use of the website pathtomastery.io and the purchase of services offered through it. The provider is:

Daniel Arndt
Gödinghover Weg 11
40627 Düsseldorf, Germany
Email: contact@pathtomastery.io

By using this website or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase any services.

2. Service description

Path to Mastery offers personalized strategy reports (digital content) that map a path from your current position to mastery in your chosen field. Each report is individually generated based on the information you provide through our intake form.

The reports are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence systems, including the Claude API by Anthropic and OpenAI's ChatGPT. While we carefully design the prompts and review the output quality, the content is AI-generated and tailored to your specific inputs.

The current price for a strategy report is EUR 29 (including applicable taxes).

3. Contract formation

The presentation of services on our website does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed when:

  1. You complete the intake form with your personal information and goals.
  2. You proceed to checkout and complete your payment through our payment provider Lemon Squeezy.
  3. You receive an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order.

4. Payment and delivery

Payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy, LLC), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all billing, invoicing, and sales tax compliance on our behalf. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service.

Your strategy report will be delivered digitally via email to the address you provided during the intake process. Delivery typically occurs within a few business days after payment, depending on current demand.

5. Right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., an email sent to contact@pathtomastery.io). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

The strategy reports provided by Path to Mastery are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence. While we invest significant effort in prompt design, research methodology, and quality assurance, please be aware that:

  • The reports are informational in nature and do not constitute professional career, financial, legal, medical, or other expert advice.
  • Results and recommendations may vary based on the quality and detail of the information you provide.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, achievements, or results from following the strategies outlined in your report.
  • You are solely responsible for any decisions and actions you take based on the report.

7. Limitation of liability

We are liable without limitation for damages caused by intent or gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.

For slight negligence, we are only liable in cases of breach of a material contractual obligation (Kardinalpflicht) - an obligation whose fulfillment is essential for the proper performance of the contract and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly relies. In such cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage, which in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the service (EUR 29).

The above limitations do not apply to liability under the German Product Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz) or other mandatory statutory provisions.

8. Intellectual property

Your strategy report is created for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or publicly share the report or any substantial part of it without our prior written consent. We take the protection of your personal data seriously. For detailed information about how we collect, process, and protect your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under those mandatory provisions.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Purchases already completed are governed by the Terms in effect at the time of purchase.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely achieves the economic purpose of the invalid provision.
